Buddy believes in doing good - getting you the best deal on your tickets is just the beginning. He believes that nice guys usually finish first, and that they do it by giving back. To this extent, Buddy works for SeatKarma without pay to ensure that 10% of our before-tax profits can go back to charity.

Ohad Nezer, Director, New Business Development
Ohad is the creator behind Seat Karma and KarmaView technology. A native of Israel, Ohad is a strong believer in entrepreneurism and the power of innovation. Operating on a belief that the next big breakthrough is just around the corner, he is relentless in keeping his cursor on the pulse of the web. In 2007, Ohad returned to school in pursuit of his MBA. It was there that he first shared the SeatKarma concept with Chris while consuming a chicken sandwich and some french fries.

Chris Nicolaysen, Director, IT
Chris believes in family, friends, and fun. His obsession with the power of internet-enabled services started in 2002 as Director of Operations and minority partner in a successful web hosting venture. Following the sale of that company, Chris returned to school in 2007 to pursue his MBA. It was there that the SeatKarma venture was born over a $4.65 lunch.

Tamir Dagan, Director, R&D
Tamir is SeatKarma's web developer and the man behind the new search engine.He joined SeatKarma in 2009, 3 years after first hearing the idea from his friend Ohad. With a degree in Computer Science and 7 years programming experience, Tamir has worked on upgrading SeatKarma along with his dear wife - the designer and artist - Tali Dagan.Tamir believes in making good. A native of Israel, he is interested in Green technology, loves music, and plays the guitar.
